Robessa is committed to clear and transparent billing. This page explains how pricing, taxes, payments and security are handled for every order placed on our website.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices on our site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Sales tax may apply based on your delivery state. When applicable, sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. The product page price plus any applicable sales tax is the exact amount you will be charged — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) along with PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment information is processed securely through PCI-compliant providers, and full card numbers are never stored on Robessa servers. If you choose to save a payment method for future purchases, this is handled by your selected provider, not by Robessa.
No Financing or Payment Plans
We do not currently offer financing or installment plans. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Order Charges & Confirmation
Your selected payment method is charged at the time the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with an itemized summary of your purchase, including any applicable taxes. Shipping is always free — no shipping charges will appear on your order.
SSL/TLS Security
www.robessa.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology to deliver a safe shopping experience. SSL encrypts sensitive information — including login credentials and payment card numbers — during transmission. Every form on our site is secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays protected.
PCI Compliance
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information-security standard developed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. It exists to strengthen controls around payment card data and reduce fraud. Robessa payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers, and we do not store full card details on our servers.
Your Payment Information
Your payment card number is not visible to us. Once your order is placed, we have access only to your billing and shipping information, your order details, and the last four digits of your card.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. For full details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
