Where We Deliver

We ship throughout the United States. International shipping is not currently offered.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is included on every order — including freight items. There are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons.

Order Processing

Every order is processed within one business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.

Standard Delivery (Small & Medium Items)

  • Handling time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Order cut-off: 11:00 PM Eastern Time

Freight Delivery (Large & Oversized Items)

Some products — such as gazebos, pergolas, riding mowers, generators and sheds — require freight delivery due to their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • Transit time: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the freight carrier
  • Delivery appointment: The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery window
  • Curbside delivery: Drivers deliver to your curb or driveway — not inside the home
  • Inspect on arrival: Always inspect the package for visible damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing to preserve your claim rights.

All orders ship directly from our facility at 112 Prosperity Blvd, Piedmont, SC 29673, United States.

Multiple Addresses

Each order ships to a single address. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email contact@robessa.com with your name and order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. We cover all return shipping costs — please contact us first to receive a free prepaid return label and RMA number before sending anything back. Once received and inspected, you’ll get a full refund with no restocking fees. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
