At Robessa we know plans can change. This page explains how to cancel an order, what happens after you do, and what your options are if your order has already shipped.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes. You can cancel your order any time before it ships. We will stop processing right away and issue a full refund at no cost to you once we receive your cancellation request.

How to Request a Cancellation

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

We can’t cancel an order that has already left our warehouse — but you can still return it within 90 days of delivery.

  • We provide a free prepaid return label
  • No restocking fees — ever
  • Full refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item

Wrong Item Ordered?

If you realize you ordered the wrong item, contact us right away. If the order hasn’t shipped we can cancel it and help you place the correct one. If it has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Cancellations by Robessa

In rare cases we may need to cancel an order ourselves. This can happen when:

  • The item is out of stock or no longer available
  • We are unable to verify your payment details
  • We are unable to confirm your shipping address
  • There is a pricing or listing error on the product page

If we need to cancel for any reason, we’ll notify you immediately by email and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.

Refund After Cancellation

  • Your full payment is refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued
  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account
