Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every Robessa customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You may return any product within 90 days of the delivery date. We accept both defective and non-defective returns, provided the item is in new or like-new condition.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us first: Email contact@robessa.com or call +1 212-334-0212. If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a brief description.
  2. Wait for instructions: We will review your request and email you a free prepaid return label along with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please do not ship any items back before receiving your label.
  3. Return the item: Once you have your prepaid label, use it to ship the item back. A valid tracking number is required.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged or incorrect items we cover all return shipping costs — including coordinating freight pickup at your location for large items, at no charge to you. For freight returns, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule a carrier pickup at your address; no disassembly or drop-off is required on your part. Just use the prepaid label we send you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 72 hours of receipt) we process your refund within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

  • Defective, damaged or incorrect items: Full refund — no restocking fee.
  • Change-of-mind returns: Full refund of the item price — no restocking fees. We cover return shipping with our prepaid label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email contact@robessa.com with your order number and clear photos. Based on the issue, we will determine the most practical fix — replacement parts, a full replacement unit, or a refund. Whether a physical return is needed will be determined case by case and communicated to you promptly.

Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped using the prepaid return label we provide. Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number.
