Husqvarna’s 48-inch riding mower targets the homeowner who wants Swedish engineering pedigree without paying commercial-grade prices. With a 23 HP V-Twin engine and pedal-controlled hydrostatic drive, the tractor handles long mowing sessions on properties up to roughly 3 acres without complaint, and the wide 48-inch deck cuts down pass count compared to 38- or 42-inch tractors.

The fabricated steel cutting deck features Husqvarna’s Air Induction technology, which uses an engineered deck shell to draw air both from above and below the deck — improving lift, increasing blade rotation efficiency and producing a noticeably cleaner, more uniform finish on tall or wet grass. Twelve cut-height positions are dialed in with a single dash-mounted lever.

The transmission is a foot-pedal hydrostatic system with cruise control, ergonomic high-back seat, soft-grip steering wheel and rubberized fender platform. Headlights come standard for early-morning or evening mowing. Cast-iron front axle, oversized 20-inch rear tires and a tight 18-inch turning radius round out a tractor designed to mow comfortably for years.
